basis
zu beginn gab es tristan marie trotzs wunsch nach einem interaktiven ausstellungskonzept, das nicht nur visuell funktionieren sollte, und leh-wei liaos abstrakte erzählung.
 
erzählung
ein haus und ein kind sind über eine nabelschnur miteinander verbunden. das haus kollabiert in unregelmäßigen abständen und baut sich anschließend unvollständig wieder auf. dabei entstandene wunden werden mit zusammengeknüllten buchseiten versorgt. als es keine bücher mehr gibt, soll das kind diese aufgabe mit seinem körper übernehmen.

klang
mit fieldrecordings, stimme und interferenzen überträgt tristan marie trotz den text in klang. die komposition ertönt in zufälligen abständen.
 
wand und spielzeuge
auf einer gemeinsam gewählten farbgrundlage bildet leh-wei liao mit malerkrepp organische strukturen nach, in denen zwei spielzeuge von tristan marie trotz zu finden sind.

at the beginning there was tristan marie trotz’s wish for an interactive exhibition concept, which should not only work visually, and leh-wei liao’s abstract narrative.

narrative
a house and a child are connected by an umbilical cord. the house collapses at irregular intervals and then rebuilds itself incompletely. the resulting wounds are treated with crumpled book pages. eventually there are are no more books and the child is supposed to take over this task with its body.

sound
with fieldrecordings, voice and interferences tristan marie trotz transfers the text into sound. the composition plays at random intervals.

wall and toys
on a collectively chosen color base leh-wei liao uses masking tape to reproduce organic structures, holding two toys by tristan marie trotz in place.
